Inna Demin, the founding Partner of Injury Justice Law Firm, LLP, modeled the Firm after her ideals and principles of what skilled, aggressive and tenachious representation of individual clients should embody. Ms. Demin's mission is to level the playing field, and provide her clients with the same level of representation enjoyed by the insurance companies on the other side. In representing victims who have suffered injuries as a result of car accidents, slip and falls, premises liability, assaults and other types of serious personal injury, Ms. Demin strives to not only obtain the highest possible recovery for her clients, but to provide them with closure, to assure them, through her vigorous representation of their interests both in and out of courts, that their rights and interests have been fully and skillfully protected, and that everything possible was done for the injuried victims and their families.
Ms. Demin has extensive experience in representing clients in state and federal courts in high-stakes cases including wrongful death, catastrophic injury, and other serious injury cases. Ms. Demin is an active member of numerous attorney organizations including the Beverly Hills Bar Association, where she is a member of the Executive Committee of the Personal Injury Section. She has lectured to other lawyers in the area of personal injury litigation for several years. Ms. Demin is passionate about her work and devoted to her clients, going above and beyond the call of duty on all her cases to make sure that no stone is left unturned. She consistently achieves outstanding results for her clients because she cares.
Behind every personal injury, Ms. Demin sees a person, first and foremost, and works closely with her clients on issues ranging from receiving appropriate health care to property damage to occupational, physical and psycho-therapy and rehabilitation to ensure that they can return to their normal lives as seamlessly and painlessly as possible. Ms. Demin gives back to the community by working with Bet Tzedek Legal Services assisting Holocatust survivors in securing end-of-life services, such as IHSS. Ms. Demin received her Juris Doctorate from the University of California, Los Angeles School of Law, and her Bachelor of Arts degree with a double major in Art History and Slavic Languages and Literatures from the University of California, Santa Barbara, where she graduated in the top 2.5% of her class with Highest Honors and was a member of Phi Beta Kappa.
