Very satisfied with service received
I'm an attorney myself, so when it came to choosing an attorney to assist me with applying for disability retirement through the Federal Employees' Retirement System, I tried to do my homework and thoroughly research attorneys and law firms. I spoke with several, and ultimately felt the most comfort...

A Lawyer Who Listens
I was accused of harassment and faced stiff disciplinary penalties. Jacquelyn Trevino worked with me to co...

Aaron is Your Best Choice
Aaron Wersing is a great attorney, he’s also a kind, honest, and humble person. My decision to hire the Wersing Law Firm was the best career decision of my life. I made a poor choice.
I hired Wersing because of his FERS experience. I paid a $5000.00 Retainer. Next, he could not understand my case and charged me to explain it to him. After that, he charged me to prepare Interrogatories and never filed a Motion to Compel after OPM ignored them. So I was charged for negligence. ...

Got the job done.
Aaron Wersing worked within the tight time frame, and really stayed on top of things. He explained what needed to happen, and what would give us the best chance of getting the rejection for my disability retirement overturned. And it was!
"Aaron is a conscientious and savvy attorney who understands the details his practice - including some very arcane aspects of employee benefits law. He cares about every single client and gives informed, honest advice. I strongly recommend him."
"Aaron is a brilliant and compassionate attorney. He is dedicated to what he does and takes the time to thoroughly understand his clients' claims to develop the best legal strategy for each and every client. I have personally learned a tremendous amount from his legal reasoning and work ethic."
"Aaron is an excellent attorney. He is intelligent, honest, ethical, and has a vast knowledge of federal employment law. Aaron puts the client first, and works extremely hard to advocate on their behalf. It is an honor and pleasure to work beside him."
"I have known Aaron as a professional and reliable attorney who cares about his clients and the work he does for them."
"Having worked with Aaron on many legal matters over the years, I can honestly say that his intellect and attention to detail places him high above many other lawyers in his community. Unlike many lawyers, Aaron truly is a "client first" lawyer, who will do whatever he can within the law to get his clients the help they deserve and need."
"I endorse this lawyer. Mr. Wersing is a hard-working and honest attorney with a strong drive to deliver results for his clients. It is an honor to call him a friend and colleague."
"Aaron is one of the most genuine people I have ever known. He is intelligent, resourceful, and honest and really cares about his clients. He has also become an expert in OPM Disability Retirement and as well as a skilled attorney in EEO and MSPB matters. If you are a federal employee with an employment issue, you want Aaron Wersing by your side."
"Aaron is wonderful attorney. Very intelligent, hard working and he takes a client-centric approach."

Can an employer ask you to stay for overtime then take it away by telling you to cut the hours by taking a longer lunch.
