FDA employee true account by VAChung
I had run through at least 20 different firms when trying to find representation for my federal case involving the FDA...and it was so disheartening I had to do this after 21 years of service to that agency at the time...to say it was exhausting and discouraging was an understatement. I found Aaron ...

OPM. Disability retirement reconsideration- Air Traffic Control

FERS DISABILITY

"Aaron is a conscientious and savvy attorney who understands the details his practice - including some very arcane aspects of employee benefits law. He cares about every single client and gives informed, honest advice. I strongly recommend him."
"Aaron is a brilliant and compassionate attorney. He is dedicated to what he does and takes the time to thoroughly understand his clients' claims to develop the best legal strategy for each and every client. I have personally learned a tremendous amount from his legal reasoning and work ethic."
"Aaron is an excellent attorney. He is intelligent, honest, ethical, and has a vast knowledge of federal employment law. Aaron puts the client first, and works extremely hard to advocate on their behalf. It is an honor and pleasure to work beside him."
"I have known Aaron as a professional and reliable attorney who cares about his clients and the work he does for them."
"Having worked with Aaron on many legal matters over the years, I can honestly say that his intellect and attention to detail places him high above many other lawyers in his community. Unlike many lawyers, Aaron truly is a "client first" lawyer, who will do whatever he can within the law to get his clients the help they deserve and need."
"I endorse this lawyer. Mr. Wersing is a hard-working and honest attorney with a strong drive to deliver results for his clients. It is an honor to call him a friend and colleague."
"Aaron is one of the most genuine people I have ever known. He is intelligent, resourceful, and honest and really cares about his clients. He has also become an expert in OPM Disability Retirement and as well as a skilled attorney in EEO and MSPB matters. "Aaron is wonderful attorney. Very intelligent, hard working and he takes a client-centric approach."
