Life-Saver!

It took a long time for me to find Josh Kahn to represent me in my EEO case with a federal agency, but it was worth the search! Josh was professional, compassionate, very knowledgeable, and had my best interest in mind at every step of the process. He explained options, confirmed my understanding o...f procedures, and was beyond valuable in reviewing the terms of my settlement to be sure the language was an accurate representation of the agreement reached in mediation. To my surprise, I ended up using the settlement document to protect myself from adverse action twice in the 6 months following the end of mediation, which made me very grateful for Josh all over again. In fact, every encounter I had was positive from my first inquiry e-mail throughout my case, and the competence and expertise were reassuring. I've recommended Josh multiple times since I found him and will continue to do so in the future. Thank you, Josh!

The Best I Could Have Asked For!

From the first consultation, I knew Josh was going to be the attorney for me. I ended up hiring him for my workplace EEO complaint and he did not disappoint. I felt an instant connection with him. He was down-to-earth, open, and compassionate about my situation yet realistic and honest. He took the t...ime to listen to my complaint and I never felt rushed. He was very communicative and took the time I needed to understand the process. I would not hesitate one bit to hire him again but hopefully I will never need to!

Highly recommend

Mr Kahn was very knowledgeable on the intricacies of the federal government. He knew how to cut through the beurocracy and red tape. He always responded to my questions expediently.

Excellent work

Josh was very thorough and laid out what I should expect after I hired him. He was in constant communication with updates and explained everything along the way. He knows how to apply pressure when needed while working to resolve the matter. I would highly recommend him.

Do not hire this attorney

Regretfully, I was assigned to Joshua Kahn at Pines Federal Law . He was entirely incompetent, inexperience lawyer with MSPB cases or hearing. He was completely incapable during the hearing, unprepared, has no idea about the available crucial evidence of pr-hearing submissions, left behind many many ...important documents which content evidence that could bring the managers down and easily win the case. He struggled to form simple questions during the hearing. His representation was very painful and completely useless. He collect his money in front, and didn't do what he paid for. He had difficulty forming questions, and he had no experience at all ..... Unfortunately, I learned too late that he had joined Pines Federal Law only 6 months only before my case was assigned to him, and he had not worked in a law firm previously and had no experience of trials or hearings at all. I trusted Pines Federal Law to provide me with the best service and capable lawyer who has experience in MSPB hearing or/ and trial lawyer, and I was wrong. Joshua Kahn completely pulled the rug out from under my case, and I have to start over. To this day I still wake up every morning with a feeling of bitterness and remorse for hiring Pines Federal Law/ Joshua Kahn . I would never recommend Mr. Joshua Khan or/ and Pines Federal Law to my worst enemy.
