Betsy practices Probate, Elder, Real Estate, and Consumer Law, and provides Estate Planning Services in Harris, Fort Bend, Brazoria, and Galveston Counties.
In addition to her full time law practice, Betsy has been a volunteer for Ducks Unlimited since 1999, and served in various capacitiesas a volunteer at the local, state and National levels. She currently serves as the Chairman for DU Houston Committee, and is a Ducks Unlimited Life Sponsor and Feather Society Member. In addition to her activities with Ducks Unlimited, Betsy has served as a volunteer for FCA, CCA, Brazoria County Fair Association, National Rifle Association, Houston Livestock Show & Rodeo, U.S. Navy SEAL Danny Dietz Classic, benefitting the Navy Seal Foundation, Texas Music Throwdown, benefitting Heroes on the Water, and Sky High for St. Jude Clay Shoot. She is also a member of the DAR, NRA, CCA, NWTF, and Pheasants Forever, and currently serves as an Advisory Board Member and Volunteer for the Operation Game Thief Houston Clay Stoppers Shoot Out.
