I did have a phone conversation yesterday with someone about limitations on collecting a debt. The answer necessarily requires knowing the age and type of debt, when it was incurred and the terms of repayment. I explained why the information was necessary, and answered as much as possible given that the caller would not provide the necessary information, but the caller was unhappy with my answer, and cut off the conversation.

After a two day hearing, Arbitrator awarded nothing to a business broker against firm’s client, the wife.
After a one day trial, client was awarded full title to the commercial lot, and attorneys fees.
