My my brother got into some serious trouble. Possession with intent to deliver 2 kilos of heroin. The DEA and a joint narcotics task force were after him too. The DEA would only consider TDCJ. Attorney would fault them hard (a file pretrial motions and a motion to suppress evidence). The judge gave h...im a hearing on the motion and he won for us. Pre-Trial "Plea Bargain" was no bargain- The DA would only agree to a "family violence" finding and would consider nothing that would allow me to get the record non-disclosed or expunged. I got into some serious trouble. Charge was 3G Aggravated Assault Deadly Weapon. Pretrial "plea bargain" was no bargain- the DA wanted me to sign for ten years TDC and said NO PROBATION. Judge said no to probation too! Attorney Wood fought them through a jury trial and convinced the jury to do the ri...ght thing, and they gave me another chance- five years PROBATION. I know this was not easy but he did it. I Highly recommend !
