Chris took time out of his day to answer and return my call to explain some legal matters to me and gave me great options with handling the situation. Highly Recommended!
Mr. Hesse is talented, determined, and relentless. He never gave up in his defense of me, frequently going the extra mile when he did not need to do so. Fierce, but with compassion ... DAs and judges do not frighten him, as they do many other attorneys out there. He has integrity and will deal very fairly with you. Exactly what you would expect of a former Marine. Need a really good Lawyer Hire Chris Heese he is the Best
For many years of my adult life I have always said that if it wasn’t for lawyer’s we would not need lawyer’s. I was not a lawyer fan until I found Chris Hesse in Amarillo Texas to represent my son that was drowning in a pool of felony charges from Texas and Oklahoma. He was looking at possibly 2 to 8 years in a Texas penitentiary for a probation violation. I discussed this Mess with Mr. Hesse and right away he jumped on the case and explained to me the ups and downs the ins and outs of a complicated case with my son pleading guilty to three extra felony charges when he was still on probation from a Texas prior felony. Chris is a highly professional lawyer and really dedicated to getting you the best outcome that he can within the law. Chris explains the law in a normal person’s language nothing was said to me from him that was any legal mumbo jumbo. All information between Chris and I was documented and logged so we both could converse back and forth daily with him being in Texas and me in Oklahoma. Thanks to Mr. Hesse my son received an extension of 4 years’ probation beats doing 8 years in a Texas Penitentary.

Felony Dismissed
Chris Hesse went above and beyond for my case in Texas. He took a Felony 1 charge and reduced it to a Class A misdemeanor. He kept me well informed along the way and set things up so that I didn’t even have to return to the state for court. Everything was resolved within a year and couldn’t have done it without Chris. 2 Enhanced felony's dismissed
Chris Hesse was a very confident and smart attorney.He used all his resources and knowledge to determine the best outcome of my case. He didn't lie to me and always called me back the same day I would leave a voicemail. Found not guilty on public intoxication charge
Chris Hesse did a great job on attacking my case. He exposed a lot of the accusers wrongs and had great points thought the trial. Extremely Professional
I am moving from Chicago to Amarillo and I was in search of a lawyer who could help me get an occupational driver's license. I called at least 10 law firms in Amarillo and Mr. Hess was the only one who knew what I was talking about transferring in from another state with a suspended license and how to assist me in getting a occupational driver's license. Mr. Hess is professional, takes the time to explain the process, and gets the job done efficiently. I would highly recommend him.

Lifesaver!!
While traveling from Colorado to Texas for Thanksgiving I was pulled over and searched. The officer found an ointment I use for leg pain that contained CBD. I never even thought that it would be considered illegal when I packed my bag or consented to a search. Being that I am self employed and occasionally do work for both the government and large Fortune 500 companies, I was terrified at the prospect of having any blemish on my record since I have never been in trouble with the law. Chris went to extraordinary lengths to represent me and I’m glad to say that the ticket was fully dismissed yesterday after he presented an amazing case to the judge. Thankfully, he had extensive knowledge of the law and made sure that I wasn’t the victim of what amounted to a “cash grab” ticket that would have stayed with me for years. Chris took a personal interest in my case from the moment I first called him. He really is one of the good guys. I can’t recommend him enough.
