CALL HARRIS WOODS!

When I got Mr. Wood on my case I was threatened with an AGGRAVATED FELONY. Atty Wood fought for me convinced DA that their csse was not going to fly. Call Attorney Wood he is the man

Case dismissed

I was charged with retaliation (threatening to kill a police officer). I was acting stupid and of course I didn’t mean any of that. Pretty sure the police knew it but they don’t take kindly to perceived threats. Wood had the case thrown out in less than ten minutes. Better call Wood!

Excellent Lawyer

My my brother got into some serious trouble. Possession with intent to deliver 2 kilos of heroin. The DEA and a joint narcotics task force were after him too. The DEA would only consider TDCJ. Attorney would fault them hard (a file pretrial motions and a motion to suppress evidence). The judge gave h...im a hearing on the motion and he won for us. The da had to dismiss it because the kilos of Herring were ruled admissible by the judge. Thank you I will highly recommend Harris wood for an attorney

Siri (and others too no doubt) sure makes some of my clients sound illiterate. Getting two kilos of herring suppressed doesn’t sound impressive, but my client sure was in a “pickle!” (Couldn’t resist). Four days after that suppression victory I got another client’s felony drug case dismissed on the day of trial. I could write hundreds of similar case outcomes but as a great lawyer once said.... “You’re only as good as your last trial.”

The Best Lawyer

Harris Wood was my court appointed lawyer for my Agg Assult with a dedaly weapon case. Pre-Trial "Plea Bargain" was no bargain- The DA would only agree to a "family violence" finding and would consider nothing that would allow me to get the record non-disclosed or expunged. Mr. Wood fought them and e...ventually they did the right thing. His hard work and reputation likely is what finally caused the DA to dismiss it on the day we were supposed to have to set it for trial. Thanks Harris. You are a life saver

Relationship: Worked together on matter

"Harris and I defended a mutual client together against a serious criminal accusation. Harris was appointed to the client after I had obtained a mistrial for the client and was removed without cause. The client wanted to keep me on the case, so I had to appeal my removal all the way to the Texas Court of Criminal Appeals to get reinstated. After being reinstated, I managed to get a dismissal for the client, but only after Harris's hard work! During Harris's representation of the client, he immediately ordered the trial transcript and diligently acted in the client's defense. Harris also assisted the the client and I in getting me reinstated as his attorney. I have found that Harris's clients have no problem trusting in his ability and trusting in the basic fact that he really does care. I would trust Harris to defend my own family."
