Biography
With 30 years experience, including Briefing Attorney for the Court of Appeals, and many years practicing in Houston as a tall building lawyer, you can be assured there is little I haven't seen and handled.
I am proud to have attended Eastland High, The University of Texas at Austin, and Texas Tech School of Law. I am a member of the College of the State Bar of Texas and Texas Criminal Defense Lawyers Association. Finally, I am a Mediator in civil and family matters.
I am constantly seeking to improve my trial skills and was proud to have been selected to attend the Gerry Spence Trial Lawyer College, with some of the finest attorney's in the country. If you are not continually learning and improving, you are going backwards. Common is not acceptable, average is not acceptable. We strive to provide excellent representation.
Having grown up in Eastland, and practiced in this area for over 15 years, I know the people and the lay of the land.
We have offices in both Eastland and Breckenridge to better serve our clients. Our practice is a typical small town practice handling a variety of cases, but the majority are of course family, criminal, personal injury and debt collection defense.

Phenomenal Lawyer
