I made more than my sons father while were dating. Sure enough he thought when he broke it off he was going to get child support and custody of our son. At first i thought there is no way hes going to get anything and my son. Some how he convinced his attorney I was a horrible person. Then they took ...my son and made me pay support. If it were fair I would pay it. But I have my son all the time and I was paying for him to go and party and enjoy himself. I thought it was set in stone. Until i googled it and marks name came up. I got a consultation and he made it all the way it should be. He made him pay for my son. Mark got me the modification that was much needed. I love my son and am so happy I have him back and am not having to pay for someone else to do what they want without responsibility.

Dead beat dad wasnt doing nothing for his daughter and I wasnt having that! No girl should grow up with a father that doesnt love her. Mark felt the same way he made sure my daughter knew that he was fighting for her. Now i have full custody and he will be helping. If it wasnt for mark my family ...wouldnt be where it needs to be! I have been locked in a custody Battle for almost a year now. As a single father in Texas I knew my chances were slim, Mark Lane and his paralegals gave done nothing to reassure me. I only met Mr. Lane at my court appearance which he showed up to THREE HOURS LATE. And they have this nasty habit of ne...ver answering your phone calls but they still charge you $150 for calling them. Possibly the worst attorney ever, they are just out to make a buck. The only time I hear from them is when they want money but when I have a question about my case I am all alone. Don't get this guy folks.

If you are looking for someone who will make sure you aren't taken advantage. Marks your guy. I was told over and over that I was gonna get my butt handed to me because I'm a father trying to get custody of my children. Sure enough mark stomped that junk right out. My boys deserve to be takin care o...f and not pushed to the side. Mr. Lane you have my utmost thanks!

I am so thankful that I hired Mr. Lane for my custody case. In what was a difficult time in my life, as well as the lives of my children, Mr. Lane (and his staff!) did what they could to make it easier. They handled my case in the best way I personally think it could have been handled. Obviously case...s like this are going to be hard emotionally and financially, but I found his rates to be better then some others I had spoken with before hiring an attorney.
