I was arrested for possession of marijuana under 2 grams. As I am a stubborn man I refused accepting a public defender. After 6 months of DA delays my case was being prosecuted. My son was charged with injury to a child. He agreed to watch a toddler while the mother went shopping. The child was asleep when he arrived.
