During my consultation, he promised me he would do a lot of things. He might even be able to get my cases dismissed. As time went he never responded to any of my calls and sent an assistant to cover my causes. My payment was made in full. He rarely showed up for court so he sent an assistant th...at was not experienced. He will demand more money and if you don't pay him, He will quickly file for a withdrawal from your case without communicating with you. I never felt once that he was there to help me. All he wants is your money and when he gets it he will not do anything you request. I am not rich, I work every day to make ends meet and I still paid his exorbitant fees. It was hell dealing with him. I felt like I was always in the dark. I am very disappointed in his services. I do not recommend him to anyone. I would watch court-appointed lawyers do more for their clients than the lawyer I paid in full do nothing for me and be very confused. It was very unfair but that is what happened to me.

Mr. Sloan knows his marijuana laws. If u got caught with weed, dab, kief, or even paraphernalia you must contact him. He got my possible life in prison dropped to 4 years of probation. He was honest and transparent the whole way through. He’s courteous and quick to call out a prosecutor if the need a...rises. Thank you for all you have done Mr. Sloan, I can now put this nightmare behind me.

I’ve done business with David many times. Not only was he always on top of my cases, he handled them at times without me even having to step foot in a court room.
