Mr. Sloan knows his marijuana laws. If u got caught with weed, dab, kief, or even paraphernalia you must contact him. He got my possible life in prison dropped to 4 years of probation. He was honest and transparent the whole way through. He’s courteous and quick to call out a prosecutor if the need a...rises. I’ve done business with David many times. Not only was he always on top of my cases, he handled them at times without me even having to step foot in a court room. David and his staff are excellent in helping you understand everything that is going on. If you want a lawyer to fight for you and not do the bare minimum then David Sloane is the one to contact. I went from having a state jail felony and a class b misdemeanor, to just a class c misdemeanor no felony.... He also got it set up to where my record is sealed. I really have no idea where I would be or what the outcome would have been if I didn't choose David as my attorney.
