Everyone was really friendly! And they did an exceptional job with my case, I was in a tough situation and sloane/ Greg got me the best outcome ! I never felt forgotten. They explained everything carefully to me. Very straightforward which is always good. I truly wanna thank everyone for helping ...me, now I can move on with my life! I highly recommend this office! Atty Sloane was retained for a weapons charge on a first time offender. I was never charged in the case, only met and spoke to David Sloane at the time I retained him. He had me sign a "flat-rate contract" which is frowned upon by both the Tarrant County Bar association and the TX Bar Association. ... I did not know at the time. Since then, David Sloane has never once called me to keep me up to date on the case, to let me know anything. His suggestion, to sit and wait it out. It has been two years, and I am assuming I will not be charged in this case. I asked for a return of any unused retainers and he refuses to return anything. From my contact with the Tarrant Bar Association, attorneys should only charge for time and work they actually did on the case. He even admitted that there were no hourly notes or timesheets kept with regards to any work they supposedly performed on this case. They should NOT charge flat rate fees. I have begun my dispute and it will be handled by an arbitration committee. Either way, I believe Attorney David Sloane is untrustworthy when it comes to trying to recoup money for work that was never done.

I’ve done business with David many times. Not only was he always on top of my cases, he handled them at times without me even having to step foot in a court room. I’ve had traffic tickets and David was also able to help me with them. David is very knowledgeable and has seen a lot of cases throughout ...the state of Texas. He has worked in many counties and knows how set up a good defense. If your looking for the best deal and the straight up truth. Then I would definitely at least get a consultation from Sloane.

David and his staff are excellent in helping you understand everything that is going on. If you want a lawyer to fight for you and not do the bare minimum then David Sloane is the one to contact. I went from having a state jail felony and a class b misdemeanor, to just a class c misdemeanor no felony.... He also got it set up to where my record is sealed. I really have no idea where I would be or what the outcome would have been if I didn't choose David as my attorney. Olga is also very helpful as well and does an excellent job of letting you know when and where you need to be, and also helps you understand things going on with your case. I give David and his team 5 stars because of how they treated me and what an outstanding job David did. Thank you so much for your help.

I was arrested for possession of marijuana under 2 grams. As I am a stubborn man I refused accepting a public defender. After 6 months of DA delays my case was being prosecuted. David did not like the offer and told me plainly that they were trying to use my past troubles against me in spite of havin...g changed my life and not having had ANY criminal issues in nearly 10 years. He advised I refuse which I followed. After two more negotiiation hearings he pulled me into the hallway and informed me that he got the options of 1 year probation or 60 days work detail reduced to 2 DAYS JAIL TIME WITH CREDIT FOR TIME SERVED!! From the moment I met David he was casual, informative, and composed. I was impressed with his open discussion style and straight forward communication. I am a jaded American and have many qualms with the system and you can see David has distaste for the same issues. But he channels it through fighting for citizens like us. Thank you David.
