William S. (Bill) Morian Jr.

I hired Bill due to being charged with a Class B Misdemeanor. (DWI) After talking with a few lawyers it was obvious that Bill was the best suited for the job. I expressed my concerns due to holding special licenses and Bill fought for the best possible outcome. His knowledge and work ethic is outsta...nding. I hired Bill when I was charged by the AGO /Texas Rangers. I contacted him before it went to the Grand Jury and he went with me to the interview with the Texas Ranger. He was very thorough with the case and evidence. He and his staff were always available when I called his office. He was able to... get the case dismissed due to insufficient evidence. He knew the law and how to break the case down, how to look for discrepancies in the case, and knew courtroom procedures. I highly recommend Bill in any case that you are in need of an attorney. I feel that he is one of the best lawyers in Southeast Texas.

I contacted Mr. Morian in March 2018- my son had some pretty serious charges brought up against him. We met with Mr. Morian and talked about the charges, he took our case. He stayed in constant contact with us. My son had to be arrested (terrible day for mom) but He explained to us exactly what woul...d happen and made it much less painful than it could have been. If he tells you he is going to do something he will do it. He doesn't put you on a back burner. I pray I never need an attorney again but if I do I will definitely call Mr. Morian.
