William S. (Bill) Morian Jr.

I called Mr Morian when I found out I possibly had a couple of warrants out for my arrest. He was able to quickly confirm that information and advised me to come turn myself in and we would start working on my cases. I did as he told me and turned myself in and the sheriff's department put a hold on ...me and blocked me from making bond that morning. By noon that same day Bill was there at the jail and was able to get my bond set and I was able to get out that afternoon. He and his team were great to work with through the whole process. They explained everything they were doing and kept me in the loop with what was going on every step of the way. Best of all he did exactly what he said he was going to do . I was arrested in Jasper County on a felony controlled substance charge after being pulled over for having a headlight out. Our LLC was named in error in a wrongful death suit and we had 20 days to file a response with the court. Our initial attorney was not responding to calls or emails, and when he finally did after two weeks - he actually laughed and said not to worry about responding that we were just overreacting, ...not to do anything that the Plaintiffs lawyer would take care of it. Really??? We researched on our own and believed that if we did not file a response timely we could stand to lose all of our assets by default judgment. Mr. Morian has helped my family with three legal issues over the past several years. Each time he has helped I have been more impressed with what he was able to accomplish.
