Lieing to an peace officer.

I hired Bill morian Jr to defend me on my case where I was told I lied to an peace officer and arrested on the charge ,he took me in his office on my consultantaion, and was very nice and down to point with everything. He got my case dropped. I will hire him again if I ever need him again.

Car Crash Case

I was in a 18 wheeler accident. The big rig hit me from behind and kept going. The highway patrol finally stopped him, gave him a ticket and I filed on his insurance for damages to car and my injury's, which required surgery. The insurance offered a laughable amount and I hired Mr. Morian. After 2 de...positions and Bill talking with them. They paid all my medical and a sizable settlement. Mr. Bill Morian is a strong willed, smart attorney that I will use for all my legal needs.

Review

I first met Bill when I witnessed a wreck and had to come to his office and do a deposition for the case which he ended up winning. A year later, I hired Bill as my lawyer to get my son's father's rights terminated. This is not an easy process to do if you do not have someone to step in the place to ...become the new father figure in the child's life. Bill was incredible throughout the entire process and kept me informed about anything and everything and notified me about things. After a few minor obstacles on my part, I finally was able to get Bill the information that he needed to file paperwork and once paperwork was filed just had to wait on a court date. Bill and I showed up to court talk to the judge and within five minutes I was walking out of the courthouse with everything that I asked for. I would absolutely recommend Bill to anyone. If you want your case handled in a timely professional manner and want to win Bill is the lawyer to hire.

Warrant arrest

I contacted Bill Morian after I had been arrested for a warrant I was unaware of. Bill worked quickly to get my bond set to bail me out, and discover the reason for the warrant and helped me resolve the issue before the week was out.

Definitely #1

This is my personal attorney and I have also watched him defend many others. He always goes above and beyond. If you are looking for an attorney to defend you and take care of you to the fullest of his ability then this is definitely who you need. I always recommend him to others.

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
