Murder Charge

I hired Bill Morian after I was charged with murder. He fought hard for my case until the charge was no-billed by a grand jury. He was always willing to talk to me about my case whenever I would call no matter what time it was and his team of legal assistants was very helpful throughout the whole pro...cess. I definitely recommend him to anyone who needs a good lawyer.

Fight or flight?

I hired Bill Morian after the police charged me with an assault causing bodily injury for protecting my girlfriend and her child from another man. The other man was her ex and had a restraining order to stay away from her and the child but came to their house and aggressively put his hands on the gir...ls. When he did, I stepped up and defended them. It got physical and the man got a little bit roughed up but I could not let these girls be victimized again. The police came and arrested the man but they also charged me with assault causing bodily injury. It was a fight or flight situation and I chose to stay and fight for the girls, just like Bill Morian did for me. He aggressively defended my case and held law enforcement accountable. My case was dismissed thanks to his hard work. Mr. Morian listened to what I had to say and he stuck up for my rights. He understands blue collar working people like myself and was easy to talk to. Even more than that, he understands that life puts people into situations that they did not ask for and that sometimes those situations are not good ones. When life happens and you need an attorney that will fight for you, Bill Morian is the man for the job!!!!!!

THE MAGIC MAN!!!!

I was overwhelmed!!! My case seemed hopeless and doomed, so that's exactly how I felt. That is until one day Mr. Morian's office called and informed me he worked the IMPOSSIBLE!!! I am extremely satisfied with Mr. Morian!!!! He does what he says and goes above and beyond for his clients so I call him... "THE MAGIC MAN", truly he did what I firmly believed could not be done!!! So, I thank you Mr. Morian!!!

Superb Lawyer with broad experience

Mr. Morian is as good as it gets in terms of an effective and experienced attorney. He has handled a host of matters large and small from civil to personal injury cases for me and my family over the years. Regardless of the complexity of the matter, he is someone I trust to fight for what's right. ... I would highly recommend Bill to anyone looking for a well prepared, articulate, tough, smart lawyer that is well connected and great to be around.

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
