DISMISSED

Bill gave me excellent advice and representation leading to a complete dismissal of a serious speeding ticket. And a big thank you to Amy del valle , Legal assistant for keeping me well informed and calm.

Extremely impressive lawyer!!!

I have always been told great things about Bill and his staff, so when I needed a lawyer he was the one I went to. He went above and beyond on my case. I was never left wondering what was happening during the entire process, Bill and his staff are excellent at communication. My case was a very comple...x civil case with criminal law aspects. Bill Morian did not disappoint!!!

Best Criminal Defense Attorney Ever!!!

My husband and I hired Bill Morian to represent my brother in a felony offense case. My brother is indigent and the court appointed attorney that was assigned to his case wasn't doing anything to help him. We repeatedly asked the court appointed attorney if probation was an option and he indicated ...that it was not and only wanted him to accept a plea deal and serve time. Mr. Morian was very professional through out the entire process and diligently worked the case and my brother was able to get probation for his offense after all. One of the things that we appreciated the most about Mr. Morian is that he treated my brother with dignity and respect. He was truthful and honest with us and he took the time to research if probation was an option or not. He went above and beyond the call of duty and even made multiple trips to a neighboring county to work the case. He exuberated confidence in his council and recommendations and that went a long way in helping put our mind at ease before my brother's hearing. I cannot speak highly enough of him and his office staff. They are always diligent to answer your questions, return your phone calls and emails and treat you with utmost professionalism. If you are in need of a defense attorney who will truly fight for you, then William Moran Jr. is your man!!!

Super easy for me

I had a felony case against my wife. He brought me got my information and went to work. Not long after he spoke with my wife allowed her to sign some and sent those papers to the D.A.. After a waiting period he was able to get my felony dismissed. They were easy to reach and if they did not immediate...ly have the information available they gave speedy callbacks with the information. All in all it was a good and effective process

Great lawyer! Easy to work with.

I called Mr Morian when I found out I possibly had a couple of warrants out for my arrest. He was able to quickly confirm that information and advised me to come turn myself in and we would start working on my cases. I did as he told me and turned myself in and the sheriff's department put a hold on ...me and blocked me from making bond that morning. By noon that same day Bill was there at the jail and was able to get my bond set and I was able to get out that afternoon. He and his team were great to work with through the whole process. They explained everything they were doing and kept me in the loop with what was going on every step of the way. Best of all he did exactly what he said he was going to do . I recently had both of my cases dismissed without prejudice. Thanks Bill you are great to work with. I encourage anyone reading this to hire Bill he will get the job done right!
