I couldn’t be more thankful!

I was arrested in Jasper County on a felony controlled substance charge after being pulled over for having a headlight out. I’ve never been in trouble for anything in my entire life and I live hours from Jasper County. I was in severe emotional distress and honestly didn't have the first idea about w...hat to do. I called the smartest person I know, and then he called the smartest lawyer he knew, and that lawyer recommended I call William (Bill) Morian - and I am so happy that I did! Bill met me and my mom about 30 min from my house instead of having me drive hours to his office. He didn’t have to do that. He was on time, paid our tab and gave the waitress a great tip. His assistant Amy helped me many times and is incredibly sweet. I was just informed a few days ago that my charges have been dropped! I cannot say enough good things about Bill! Him and Amy were both very empathetic towards me and having them to turn to during such a disaster made everything a lot less stressful. I would definitely recommend hiring Bill! He’s the best!

Marijuana Case Dismissed!!!

After being charged with possession of marijuana I didn't know where to turn. Just a phone call to Mr. Morian and I knew he was the best choice!! After hiring him he went to work and always kept me updated. We didn't even have to show up to court and he got the case dismissed. Super nice, and very ...compassionate about his clients and what he does. If you have a marijuana case and are looking for the best lawyer, look no further.

Great lawyer!

I chose Mr. Morian to represent me in a felony drug possession case, and he was extremely professional and did everything in his power to make sure I got into a Pre-Trial diversion program that ultimately got my charges expunged. He is very reliable, and either he or his paralegal were always availab...le to answer any questions I had along the way. If I ever need legal services again, he will be the first person I call!

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
