William S. (Bill) Morian Jr.

My husband and I hired Bill Morian to represent my brother in a felony offense case. My brother is indigent and the court appointed attorney that was assigned to his case wasn't doing anything to help him. We repeatedly asked the court appointed attorney if probation was an option and he indicated ...that it was not and only wanted him to accept a plea deal and serve time. Mr. Morian was very professional through out the entire process and diligently worked the case and my brother was able to get probation for his offense after all. I called Mr Morian when I found out I possibly had a couple of warrants out for my arrest. He was able to quickly confirm that information and advised me to come turn myself in and we would start working on my cases. I did as he told me and turned myself in and the sheriff's department put a hold on ...me and blocked me from making bond that morning. By noon that same day Bill was there at the jail and was able to get my bond set and I was able to get out that afternoon. He and his team were great to work with through the whole process. They explained everything they were doing and kept me in the loop with what was going on every step of the way. Best of all he did exactly what he said he was going to do .
