Our LLC was named in error in a wrongful death suit and we had 20 days to file a response with the court. Our initial attorney was not responding to calls or emails, and when he finally did after two weeks - he actually laughed and said not to worry about responding that we were just overreacting, ...not to do anything that the Plaintiffs lawyer would take care of it. Really??? We researched on our own and believed that if we did not file a response timely we could stand to lose all of our assets by default judgment. We were approaching a holiday weekend, with only 7 days remaining to respond to the court. We contacted a family friend to see if he knew an attorney that we could get a second opinion from quickly. That is how we were introduced to Bill - the gates of heaven opened and the angels sang! He calls, he texts, he emails - it is downright impressive. He affirmed that we were right in our concerns. Our first contact with Bill was on 5/28 - two days later on 5/30 he made sure that our LLC was removed from the lawsuit and provided us with documentation filed through the court. It just doesn't get any better! Bill had never met us but he jumped right in and resolved everything in 2 days. My father was hit from behind while driving, which killed him after 2 weeks of suffering. My family hired Mr. Morian and Joe Gleen Kayla to get answers for us and to handle my dads estate. The time the two of them put into the case is unreal. They met us around our schedule, weekends, nights, wha...tever was needed. Mr. Morian even came to the hospital when my dad was sick. My family has used these two several times in the past (nothing as major as this). While representing us, he was very protective of our feelings and let the other party know that we were like his family. Their office staff is amazing. We all work full time and his assistant (Tish) gave me her personal cell number so I could text her with questions ( and believe me I did). The investigating he did was above and beyond. Mr. Morian and Joe Gleen both have such a great disposition about them and seem like they take your case personal. Although nothing can get our dad back, we can rest easy with the answers we got and defending his name. I think we could have searched all over and not found a team as good as this one.
