Business advice session
He answered all my questions and explained his answers. He also reassured me that the information I had been given from a friend (not a lawyer) was not correct. I learned a lesson to always ask a lawyer not friends.

He replied right away and solved all my contract needs.
I got the sense that he is available almost all of the time. Even though it was after hours he was the only lawyer that replied to me right away (it was probably 9pm local time for him).
