Best You Will Find!!!

This man worked magic. I was arrested for DWI, and had a blood alcohol of 0.156. I hired John Geoffredi to take my case to court, hoping he could convince a jury to give me a better sentence vs what state have given me -fine, probation, interlock on my car, etc... Due to THIS MANs WORK, after fighti...ng for me, I was deemed NOT GUILTY!!! Not only was I declared NOT GUILTY (though my blood results showed I was twice the legal limit) NO fine, NO jail time, nothing!! Won't even appear on my record after this mans work! I still can't believe it. I hugged my mom and left that court house in tears of joy and relief. I owe so much to this man for his work. He is worth more than I even paid! I lived with this nightmare for over a year...In fear of how this would be impacting my future. Now, after a weekend in court with this Mr. Gioffredi, there's no proof on my record that this even took place. I get to leave it behind me forever. Blessed to find this man. I would 100% recommend John to anyone needing help with a DWI, or anything related.

Thank you so much for your kind review, Michele. We got the not guilty verdict at 4 pm on Friday, February 17th, 2017, in Denton County Criminal Court Number 4, and we were having a celebratory drink by 4:30 pm (it was Happy Hour!) This case illustrates what I say on my website: Every misdemeanor DWI should be fully contested with a trial! We didn't expect a not guilty verdict in Michele's case, but we knew she had a chance. I think that I told her that she had maybe a 10% chance. But she persevered, and we got the not guilty verdict. The jury was out forever (6 hours, 12 minutes, including a one hour lunch), but in the end, the result was a not guilty verdict and we are now working on expunging her records!

Awesome Attorney! Quick & Efficient

While I've had my share of shady attorney's & those who disappear after being paid... John Gioffredi was like a breathe of fresh air after so much bs. I never actually sat down with the man but one of his assistance, Leticia Rubio was so professional and attentive! Mr. Gioffredi worked both my traffi...c citations like it was nothing. I didn't even have to pay a dime to Dallas county after he was done with my citations. I think this guy really enjoys what he does because he does it so well. I would highly recommend this attorney to anyone looking to get results. Money well spent! I know where I'll be going to if I ever need representation again. He has earned a customer for life! I highly recommend him.

Great attorney and great staff!!!

My son used John for a licence suspension hearing and was able to get probation for him. My son called and raved about how John helped him through the process and made him feel very comfortable. We also had help from Trish getting everything ready and keeping us informed of everything. If anyone ...else in our family needs a lawyer, we will definitely call Mr. Gioffredi. Thanks again!

Trial was worth it.

The thought of going to a jury trial never crossed my mind for a simple DWI case. However, i'm glad I did. Mr. Gioffredi never pressured me to take it to trial. He said he thought it would be worth it, but understood if I didn't. Hes not out for money, he's out to win a case! I'm so glad I took my ca...se to trial as my video looked great. I had a hung jury of 5 (second day 1 was sick, but showed up, 3rd day 1 was in an accident) and was declared a mistrial. Thank goodness they gave me an obstruction deal. No conviction, insurance isn't going up. And I had an extremely entertaining trial. John will do push the limits where most men don't have the guts to. So glad I hired him, and will recommend him to any/everyone!

LOL. Well, I'm glad YOU were so entertained! You didn't mention anything about one of the DA's threatening to PUT ME IN JAIL for the way I represented you! That was a first for me, and the judge and I still laugh about it to this day! And I'm of course very pleased that we were finally able to avoid that DWI conviction for you! See, y'all? Going to trial opens up all sorts of opportunities!

Clinical & Thorough

I hired him for a DUI defense and John was terrific since day one. He was honest and forthcoming about the implications and my chances to get the charge knocked off. He didn't let his reputation get in way of my best interests. He was willing to go the extra mile and always came through on his promis...es. He worked extremely well to get me an amazing deal. The judge herself was quite impressed with the deal John was able get for me. I would have loved for his office to be more proactive in client communication. Nevertheless, I strongly recommend John and wish him all the good luck.
