Amanda's advice saved me from a 10 year prison sentence. I received my 5th DWI in May of 2013. Following her steps closely I was only given 5 years probation. Her advice on which classes to take, which company to take them and multiple other steps that helped minimize the legal outcome. She also worked thru the process of getting my occupational drivers license. I will use Amanda for other non DWI related issues as well.

Lucky !
Amanda was so support and always available. I believe she truly cared and she help me deal with my husbands situation even emotionally. We were very lucky to have her on own team. I highly recommend her if you want a lawyer that actually cares.

Amanda provided guidance for charges against our son and a probation violation. She understands the process within the local system and helped set our expectations to prepare us. She is accessable to clients and quick to return calls or text when help is needed.

LOVE THIS WOMAN!
Amanda Branan holds a special place in my heart. She renewed my faith in attorneys. She was professional, honest and genuine. She never mislead me or gave me any false hope. Amanda was straight forward she did not tip-toe around the magnitude of charges i was facing she was my cheerleader and my source of strength when i couldn't find my own. Amanda was appointed to me as a public defender on a felony dwi charge. She completely disproved any sterotypes of public defenders I formerly had. She was sensitive to the best interest of my family and the end result was incredible and positive for all of us. She suited up and showed up and worked as hard as i was willing to work to produce a positive outcome. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a criminal attorney. She has a huge heart and an incredible courtroom presence she is confidant, organized and relentless.
