Hello and thank you for visiting my AVVO page and reviewing my Attorney profile. I sincerely appreciate you taking the time to view my background. I hope my office can be of service to you for whatever legal situation you may be facing. If you have any questions, please always feel free to contact my office at any time so we can try and help be of service. I take my practice very seriously, attending the latest legal education seminars, Continuing Legal Education Courses, and am always trying to constantly improve to give those I represent. I am also Board Certified in Criminal Law by The Texas Board of Legal Specialization, and take a great deal of pride with my criminal defense practice. (Profile here: ?mid=24062657). I am also a “forensic-lawyer” scientist, earning the designation through Axion Labs in Chicago, and sponsored by the Chemistry and Law division of the American Chemical Society. The ACS-CHAL designation is the highest form of scientific recognition available for lawyers (Profile here: ).
My office takes great pride in our work, and it brings us great joy when our former clients or a professional colleague endorses the work of my law practice. When someone first decides to have our law firm for representation in court, we will work as hard and as diligently as we can to ensure that the best possible result is achieved (obviously given the specific facts of each case, as all have unique circumstances and each case approach can and usually does differ in many respects). One thing I can assure you of, regardless of the type of matter of the legal case, I will always promise to give it my all.
I am very thankful for every opportunity I get in representing clients in court. I consider it an honor, and I take this special privilege very seriously. I will always pledge to all those I represent that my office will try our very utmost to achieve a positive outcome with their case, given whatever factors happen to be involved (given every case, and thereby, every situation and scenario is different).

DWI.....Handled!
Ok, where do I begin....I had just moved to Dallas from New York City a few months prior to getting pulled over by a police officer for driving over the speed limit.....just 10 over....Oops.
