Saved my Career!!!

I worked at a long-term care facility as a Medication Nurse. The Director of Nursing reported me to DADS for a allegation of abuse. I have worked in the medical field for 10+years, and I love it!!! This allegation went through a informal hearing, formal hearing, and to a hearing before the Judge. I fought this unjust allegation with Aaron C. Graham right by my side. Great Lawyer

Clay was so helpful with a case I had with the nursing board. With his background as a nurse it gave him a great insight on what I was going trough and what the board would require to fix the problem. The outcome of my case ended up being the best scenario possible. Clay did a great job for me and was very accommodating. I would use him again or recommend him for any legal issue. Great guy!

Clay was very professional and very helpful in my case. He took the extra time I needed to explain things!. I never felt rushed during the entire process. I also felt like he always had my best interests in mind. He was also able to help me with my nursing license and guided me step for step thru that process. There is not another attorney that I would recommend above Clay. He will sit with you and completely explian your situation in laymen terms and make sure you understand all the consequences risks and benefits. He will make you feel informed and as he did for me. He will makes sure your best interests are being taken care of. He has my highest recomendations for anyone who might be in need of an attorney. He did a great job for me and I know he would for any of his clients. He really knows his profession well and is very connected in the community. I could not have asked for better results. Representation before the Board of Nursing

Mr. Graham indicated at the very start what he thought the worst case outcome would be with the Board of Nursing and how very long it might take them to act on the case. Probably based upon the arguments made by Mr. Graham on my behalf to the Board , the case was dismissed and expunged from my record. He was also correct regarding how long the board might take to act. I could not be happier with the outcome.

Worked with Mr Graham on a sticky Nurse Law issue. Treated me with respect and honesty. Developed a plan for defense and excuted timely and accurately. Could not have improved his service in anyway. Knowledgable, competent, honest, personable. Progression of events unfolded exactly as described, I knew what to expect through the duration of my case and was easily able to access Mr Graham when questions did arise.
