Carl David Ceder

Mr. Carl Ceder is an exemplary attorney. He worked very well with the prosecution in my case, resulting in the charges being dropped. He as well as his staff were very timely in getting back to me with information, answering questions and talking me through the process. He exceeded expectations. Than...k you Mr. Ceder.

Do not judge a book by its cover. When my family hired Mr. Ceder and he came to see me in jail I was disappointed. I later told my husband "Are you serious? That kid must of just got out of law school!" ...I was in jail for Aggervated assult with a deadly weapon. Which is a second degree felony. Its ...a big deal when you are already on parole with a 20 year sentence for an Aggervated case. With the help of that "kid" my case didn't even make it to court. It was NO BILLED by the grand jury. He is very intellegent. That only took 24 days! He moves fast. Then I had to face parole. He did not show up to my Preliminary Hearing. I think a judge made him appear at the last minute on another case. It was not his fault, but I was so upset. Looking back I wish I would of waived that hearing and went straight to my Revocation hearing. It would of saved me a month in jail. I advised other girls in jail to do that and they left before I did. He did show up to my Revocation Hearing and did an excellent job. I'm so thankful my family hired him. He told me from day one, "Melinka you are going home, and you will be with your children again." And he was right. I always thought he was too quiet and calm to be an attorney. Honestly, if you are in jail, that's what you need. Somebody that is calm, collect and always thinking/analyzing ways to get your freedom back. (Proverbs 17:27 The smart person says very little, and one with understanding stays calm.) He was my Guardian Angel, let him be yours too.

I was in it pretty deep when I met Carl. I had no where to turn and no help in sight. I was facing false allegations and could not fight them on my own. Carl came in and started to work as soon as I retained him. I got a ticket for possession of drug paraphernalia and completely freaked out; I literally watched as everything I had worked so hard to achieve vanished before my eyes as that cop wrote the ticket. Carl Cedar is awesome, pure and simple. He is very understanding and works very hard on every case he gets. He is honest and upfront with everything that is going on in the case and what he can do.
