I hired this attorney to resolve my father's estate. He didnt listen. He charged me 500 for my initial consultation when he told me it was free. I gave him a 3500 retainer to give me information I already I'm knew. He didnt communicate with me at all and follow up with the other attorney. Overall he ...
I’m sorry the information I provided to you was not what you wanted. The probate was filed and no objections were submitted, so the Personal Representative was properly appointed by the Court. It has been almost six years since this matter was initiated and there is no legal basis for challenging the actions that were taken by the attorney or your stepmother. In fact, you executed a quit claim deed conveying your interest in the home to your stepmom, which weakens any complaint you might have had. At your request, I researched what had transpired, contacted the attorney, and advised you of what I was told. I also said I was waiting to receive a written response so I could further evaluate the situation. That response had yet to be received when you directed me to discontinue all further actions on your behalf and terminated our attorney-client relationship. I’m sorry my answer was not what you were wanting, but as I noted previously, my role is to provide you with my best legal opinion, not the one you may be seeking. Before contacting you, I conferred with two other attorneys who agreed with my response to you. Unfortunately, because of the passage of time and your own actions, there wasn't anything else I could do on your behalf.

I'm glad to know you took the necessary action to protect your family. Thank you for sharing your review.

I believe the clients did not understand the rating system and inadvertently marked a 1 star when they meant 5 star--at least that is how their review reads and reflects the experience we had with them.
