Great & Helpful Law Team

I am in dispute with a current employer over an unfair gender bias that has knowingly hampered my well-deserved promotion. Burton Law Group’s employment discrimination attorney has been abundantly generous in his compassion and care while handling this case which is tough for me to handle solo as I ...am compelled to face my employer daily at work. I admire his in-depth knowledge of the law, as he makes sure he does everything correctly to propel my case forward. To see it through and find the best possible resolution that will take my career on an uphill journey.

Initial conversation to start case

I was so impressed with the kindness and understanding of my workers Comp injuries , but yet was very upfront and honest to what will , or might lay ahead of such being denial or acceptance of my case , so no income or medical assistance might be until case settled. Also making me aware of the new la...ws that protects mainly the company and not the injured , only getting workers comp pay of upto 8 weeks if no surgical procedures recommended ? Thank you for your kindness and the education of what I am facing .

Brandon Burton, my personal experience

After being injured at work and trying to navigate the swampy waters of Worker's Comp, I hired Mr. Burton to represent me. With his help, I was able to receive the surgery that I needed to provide relief to my right hand and elbow. Mr. Burton and his associates have handled my claim with the utmost... professionalism and concern for MY well being. If I have a question, I can call or email and get a response, not just the reply of "we will get back to you when we have time." I have recommended Mr. Burton to several people that I knew that had a Worker's Comp claim. I appreciate all that he has done for me!

Review for Burton Law

Committed and relentless are understatements. Burton Law Group is serious when they say they will fight for and with you until the end. In my journey with Burton Law, not once did I feel like just another case in their file. The attention to detail that they give to every case is truly commendable. N...o wonder they come highly recommended by so many people when it comes to worker’s comp and personal injury cases. If you are in need of a reliable personal injury lawyer Tulsa, this group is definitely worth a ring. You will not regret welcoming them into your case, just like I and many others did.

Does not meet, the least of, reasonable expectations

Far too timid, and weak to stand up to large employers' high dollar attorneys. Proved himself more than willing to leave my spouse in the care of a criminal, drunkard, and admitted cocaine addict, company doctor, for months, even after we had complained, to both Brandon, and her RN caseworker, ab...out the company doctor "being on something " during her visits. Unbeknownst to us, our concerns fell on deaf ears and were never reported to the court. That same doctor has repeatedly been, and is currently, suspended from practicing for failing drug screening posing an imminent danger to the community, to use the language of the Medical Board. When we told Brandon we were considering refusing anymore return visits to this doctor, he stated the company could claim abandonment of care. Although he did admit to using the same doctor at times, possibly showing why he never reported our suspicions of the doctor's drug use. The same can be said for the RN caseworkers. EVERYONE NEEDS the DOCTORS to take their clients. This shows the character, and integrity of doctors used by companies like W.H. Braum Inc., Braum's Ice Cream and Dairy Stores, in an effort to disprove their own original physician's diagnosis, as Brandon shows his own honesty, and integrity, by sitting idly by, watching, ill advising, even forcing client to continue under this doctor's care, all the while knowing, or with the least of reasonable expectations, should have known about, all of the following reports, public records. From the Justice Department https://www.justice.gov/usao-ndok/pr/oklahoma-orthopedic-surgeon-agrees-pay-almost-343000-settle-false-claims-act#:~:text=Dr.,announced%20U.S.%20Attorney%20Clint%20Johnson. From KJRH news, channel 2, Tulsa https://www.kjrh.com/news/local-news/okla-medical-board-schedules-disciplinary-hearing-for-tulsa-doctor From the Oklahoma Medical Board https://www.okmedicalboard.org/licensee/MD/24648 After finding out about all of the aforementioned, and understandably angry, and upset, we demanded Brandon communicate by email, text, so we would be able to refer to, copy, paste, print his words, at which he dropped her as a client and put an attorneys lein on her case. Afraid of his own words, Brandon himself lacks integrity. In 2018 I found my spouse unresponsive, put on life support, on 4 separate occasions, within a 9 month period, directly related to following 2 company doctor's prescriptions, as prescribed, never missing a pill count. Notifying Brandon, by email, each time. He never found a need to call, inquire, or ask how she was doing Yet, when confronted with, his part, in knowingly leaving her in that doctor's care, you could see the “deer in the headlights “ look from him ONLINE, when he for the first time in the years since being hired, needed to call and discuss strategy and a bunch of other BS, which is when we made it clear he could discuss over email anything he could over the phone, as we had been, exclusively, for years. That's when HE decided to “part ways”. His words. Not completely part ways though. Don't forget the lien (hook) he put on her case. Obviously, Brandon does not even meet, anywhere near, the most basic of reasonable expectations. I would advise you to run, not walk, run, as fast, and far as you can. Ask yourself if you really want to chance the same, or even anywhere near, a similar experience happening to you, one of your friends, or loved ones? NO SERIOUSLY!!!

"I've known Brandon Burton for many years, having sent cases to him to handle in Oklahoma, and he in turn, to me in Missouri. Brandon is at the "tip of the spear", fighting the disastrous changes in the Oklahoma workers' compensation system, and protecting the rights of every working Oklahoman. Not only is he an outstanding advocate in every sense of the word, he's also an avid outdoorsman, deer hunter, and generally the sort of guy you can sit down with and enjoy a cold beer. I can personally vouch for the latter. Outstanding lawyer!"
