I have been counsel to the Missouri AFL-CIO for over 25 years, and have represented people and their families who have been injured or killed. I am a founder and a past president of a national organization of attorneys who strive to make a difference for those who are injured or made sick from their employment--Workers' Injury Law & Advocacy Group. Besides being a member of the NFL Players Association panel of attorneys, I am a member of the National Academy of Social Insurance--a non-partisan organization which provides academic analysis and research in areas such as social security, Medicare, Unemployment, and, Workers' Compensation.
