Jack Stipe, Terri and the rest of the staff have always been courteous and helpful. I've always felt they keep me informed and in the loop on my case. My options are delivered in a way that is clear and easily understood. I feel I am in control of the direction my case is taken. In my opinion these q...ualities are a good indication of a group that is conscious of me the client as an individual with individual needs and wishes. Though these things take time, I believe my case has been handled as efficiently and professionally as possible. I highly recommend this team to anyone and if the need arises I will choose them again.
