EXCELLENT ATTORNEY

My nephew’s wife and baby were struck head on by an uninsured motorist who was texting. It was a terrible accident that was so unfair. They had insurmountable bills and their own insurance had minimal limits. Ryan Cunningham was tenacious in working with their creditors to reduce and discharge the bi...lls. We were impressed by the time, energy, and effort he spent on this case- which is very different from many attorneys who allot their time and effort based upon potential returns. Cunningham’s efforts were miraculous. He is an incredible attorney. This law firm and their staff are amazingly patient and professional. Our family owes them so much and we will be forever grateful for them taking our case.

My wife was in involved in an accident where she was rear ended on the Hefner Pkwy. We knew it would be complicated to juggle insurance, repairs, doctor appointments and her job at the same time. So we went looking for a firm that would take these things off her plate and at the same time take car...e of the billing to the parties who had legitimate bills for us. From the first meeting with Shannon Jones (paraleagal) and Ryan Cunningham we knew were in good hands. Easy to talk to and very upfront with expectations. We didn't feel Ryan ever promised something he was not going to deliver. Getting into an accident is bad enough but this team made us very comfortable. We would highly recommend this office if you find yourself in a similar situation. Thanks Cunninham and Mears!

Absolutely Amazing! I was so lost after my car accident and tried to fight the insurance company myself. My only regret is not coming to Cunningham and Mears immediately. Ryan and his staff have been wonderful, efficient, prompt and kept in touch with me on everything and explained all that was going... on every step of the way. I can not say enough good things about Cunningham & Mears! Ryan Cunningham was the attorney I wanted after reading several reviews about how upfront, honest and hard working he and his staff are. I don’t make any decision without reading reviews. Do your research! And trust me, I read several before ...choosing Ryan. From the beginning he was a straight shooter and kept me informed all along the way. My accident was in 10/2017 and we just finally settled my case August 2019. After all was said and done, my car was fixed, all my medical bills were paid, including a $60k plus surgery that Ryan was able to get a huge reduction on so that I would see more mo Ry in my pocket. Actually, he was able to get 99% of the medical fees reduced. He had to fight the insurance company because all they wanted to pay me was $25k. Ryan knee right away that was a ridiculous offer and got to work! He never made any promises and was always upfront and honest. He told me we could be in for a fight and may need to go to trial. Thanks goodness it never came to that! I will be honest, it wasn’t a quick process. You will have to be patient and trust Ryan and his team are doing everything to your benefit in the quickest timeframe they can. If I had questions, I had Ryan’s cell phone and office numbers to reach him. I never felt alone in this process. I hope my review can help others make the decision a little easier. I am completely happy with the outcome of my case and Ryan Cunningham will always be the attorney I recommend to someone needing an accident attorney.

I am very satisfied!

After I was involved in an accident, I wanted to make sure I wasn’t taken advantage of while I focused on recovering physically. Ryan Cunningham and his staff took care of handling the medical and insurance red tape so I could do just that. I was able to get my medical bills covered and my vehicle re...placed by the other party’s insurance as it should have been. And I was able to get a settlement for pain/suffering on top of that. Every case is different, but they will work to do what’s best for you.
