Simply the best!

John Collins, wow, what an amazing attorney!!! He did everything he could to save my husband’s CDL and his job! He had a very difficult case with prior DWI’s, CDL speeding and a child in the car at time of pullover in one of the worst counties in Arkansas. John Collins and Brad Williams are the best ...attorneys in Arkansas when it comes to DWI defense, together they are an absolute dream team, expensive but worth everything single cent!!! I highly recommend them to anyone who needs to save their good paying job and their family’s future!! God bless them, we are so thankful, we love these two!!!

DWI

John Collins is expensive. But you get what you pay for!! Don’t cheap out when it comes to your future. John teamed up with Bradley Williams and did amazing and saved my sons future. Cant thank them enough. Dwi not guilty! If you think your case can’t be won give them a chance. John was amazing from ...the consult. He was always a phone call away with any questions giving us his cell number. He kept us in the loop the entire time. You wont be disappointed.

DUI expert

What great fortune I had when a friend recommended John Collins after my son had received a DUI. Not only did he personally return my call immediately, he met with us on a Saturday! He actively listened to the details and then explained the process to us in a manner that even a terrified mother cou...ld understand. Furthermore, he spoke honestly emphasizing the impact that this poor choice could have and I believe this conversation was significant in helping my son turn his life around before it was too late. Several years have now passed and after my son fulfilled the court's requirements and not repeated his mistake, his record is now clear and he is about to graduate from college with the promise of a life full of opportunities. Unequivocally, John Collins is a brilliant legal mind and a credit to the profession. I can honestly state that you he is the attorney you want on your side!

A Second Chance

When I was arrested I had no hope. I had a family to support and my CDL was at stake. After speaking with John Collins, he gave me confidence. John is very professional and his knowledge of the law is incredible. He explained everything in terms I could understand and was one phone call away if I eve...r had a question. He took charge in court and gave me the second chance in life I so desperately wanted. I have great respect for John Collins and would recommend him to anyone that finds themselves in this position. I also had the pleasure of being represented by Brad Williams, and together they make a great team!

"John Collins has risen in the ranks of top Arkansas DWI defenders in the last decade, and is well-known for being able and willing to go to bat for his clients. With the devastating consequences being somewhat like "legal cancer" it is important to have a "legal surgeon" to help you try to remove the cancer from your permanent record. He is the real deal, if you want a proven fighter."

"I highly recommend and endorse John Collins for an Arkansas DUI/DWI or other criminal defense related matter. I met John when he was receiving his SFST certification and instantly recognized that this is someone I needed to know. I am a former Texas cop and so is John so we had that common thread of knowing when the cops are pulling the wool over a jury's eyes. John has in-depth knowledge of police tactics and terrific insight into spotting defense issues. I spent time with John while we were both presenters at an Arkansas DWI seminar and was impressed with his character, ability and professionalism. This is my "my go to guy" for criminal defense in the locations where he takes cases. I am proud to call him friend and colleague. I am the DWI Dude in Austin and San Antonio Texas - jamie balagia"

"Attorney Collins is a trial lawyer. What I mean by that is a complement of the highest order. While others may simply advertise that they try cases, but in reality they do not, he does. he provides an essential function in our criminal justice system that is an essential check on the power of the Leviathan that is the Government. When the full power of the government is behind an accusation, you need a trial lawyer, not a pleader in your corner. Attorney Collins is just such a lawyer."

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
