Best Attorney in town

Excellent representation

Mr Bennett represented me in my DWI case. I was not guilty and he was able to prove that. The day after my arrest he stayed late to meet with me after I got off work. His office staff is amazing and most helpful. Every time I called to ask a question he either answered the call or called back very quickly if busy. I felt like they all really cared about my case. He was recommended to me by a judge in another city so I knew it was a good choice. He is very knowledgeable about all things DWI. He assured me from the beginning that everything was going to be ok. I recommend him to anyone look for an excellent lawyer.

Mr. Bennett was raised in Northeast Arkansas. He graduated fromArkansas State University with a bachelor’s degree and a master’sdegree in English. Mr. Bennett also earned a specialist degree inCommunity College Teaching. From there, he earned a law degree fromthe University of Arkansas at Little Rock School of Law.

Upon graduation from law school, Mr. Bennett served as a law clerk forthe Former Chief Justices W.H. “Dub” Arnold and Betty C. Dickey of theArkansas Supreme Court. Subsequently, Mr. Bennett entered private practice.

Great and compassionate attorney

Mr. Bennett is an attorney whom many could emulate! The professional work ethos projected by him is filled with integrity . I could go on but the simple fact is that if you find yourself in need of an ethical and very competent attorney, you would do well to visit him. Helpful and accessible

Tommy is a great attorney and a wonderful person! He was personally involved in our case and always took my calls when in the office or returned calls personally. He is candid and realistic but always comforting. We always felt like our case was important and he took as much time as we needed to answer questions or get our thoughts. He feels like a family member wanting the best for you!

Very patient and reassuring

Mr Bennett made a very stressful situation as smooth and easy as possible. Whenever he was communicating with me he never made me feel like I was taking up his time and was always very focused on me as his client at that time and was patient with questions and I definitely appreciate his special expertise that he and his firm have sought to be as highly skilled as possible. He was very easy and comfortable to talk to and am totally satisfied with the help he provided. He came across as very down to earth and approachable which helps an already stressful situation. I'm very glad we found Mr Bennett and he and Jessica were wonderful, highly recommended but I hope to only ever need to say hi if I run into him in Kroger from here on out since my case is resolved :-)

How Tommy saved my life.

Tommy is an amazing attorney! I met with him briefly for a free consultation before deciding which attorney to hire. First, let me say he's one of the few attorney's I called that provide a free consultation. He was courteous and professional, explained my legal rights and helped me feel at ease in my case. When I left his office I told him I would follow up with him to let him know if I would retain his services. I was unfortunately arrested after I left his office. When I made it to jail my bondsmen called Tommy, who agreed to represent me in my first appearance. Tommy was there and fought to get me released on my own without affecting my previous bond. He worked tirelessly to get my case dismissed only a few weeks after he took the case. Truly there are not enough nice things I can say about Tommy! If you need the best criminal attorney then YOU should hire him.

Excellent Representation

Facing a DWI 2 charge, we met with Tommy and he spent an with us during the consultation. He asked alot of questions, was very thorough, and was up front with us on the uphill battle we faced. He explained options along the way, always covering the pros & cons, but I was very impressed that he always had a 3rd option - something that only experience and someone with his level of knowledge would know to challenge or search for. He ultimately challenged the probable cause of the stop, to which the judge agreed, and the charges were DROPPED! We can't thank Tommy enough for the work he did on our case. He is a life saver!!

Highly Recommended!

I walked in to Mr. Bennett's office for a consultation. After reviewing my case, and hearing my side, Mr. Bennett told me to "not worry about my charges" because he will "fight for me." He won! NG. The staff was knowledgeable, respectful and extremely helpful. They replied to my emails and returned my calls promptly. If you ever need a lawyer, Mr. Bennett is like a super hero-lawyer!

DWI w/ refusal

Wow---pretty much sums it all up.... I had worried about this day for almost a year.... Tara was awesome and an absolute sweetheart from the very beginning. Mr. Bennett pretty much told me what he would be able to do when he read over my citation, first visit. AND, as he had predicted...NG. I am so thankful for both Mr. Bennett and Tara....words will never express. Now, I can move on cause there will always be new challenges to face. Just so relieved this is not one of them!!!! DWI client

Facing job termination, 6 month license suspension, heavy financial implications, etc. I had lost all hope on finding legal counsel that could successfully defend me against my DWI-1 charge until I spoke with Mr. Bennett. After multiple attorneys told me that I didn't have a leg to stand on. Mr. Bennett took my case won a necessary stay of license suspension and successfully defended me against my DWI charge and all traffic charges (3) were dismissed! Mr. Bennett and his office were always up to date on my case and kept me informed constantly over the entire 4 months. I couldn't imagine facing these unfortunate circumstances with a better legal defense team than Tommy Bennett and the team at Bennett & Williams.

Would recommend Tommy to anyone without hesitation

Tommy is one of the best there is in DWI/DUI defense. Very knowledgeable in every aspect of the law. He was very smooth and down right perfect in his courtroom performance. Great Lawyer- worth every penny

You couldn't find better DWI lawyer in Arkansas. I would highly recommend this lawyer. He is hard working, dependable & persevering. My personal experience with Mr. Bennett was exceptional. I was extremely uneducated about the judicial system, but Tommy was very informative and guided me in the right direction. Best

We went to Tommy as the officer who gave me the sobriety test didnt do it right and I knew I wasnt over the limit. Tommy was able to prove that I was in fact under the legal amount of blood alcohol level.

Awesome Lawyer

Tommy is the best lawyer around!! He knows the laws inside and out. I was charged with a DWI, Careless Driving, no seat belt, and a refusal. I didnt have much hope that I would ever be able to get out of any of this, but Tommy was able to get EVERYTHING dismissed!!! Mr. Bennett was recommended to me by several people and I highly recommened him myself!
