Mr. Bennett was raised in Northeast Arkansas. He graduated fromArkansas State University with a bachelor’s degree and a master’sdegree in English. Mr. Bennett also earned a specialist degree inCommunity College Teaching. From there, he earned a law degree fromthe University of Arkansas at Little Rock School of Law.
Upon graduation from law school, Mr. Bennett served as a law clerk forthe Former Chief Justices W.H. “Dub” Arnold and Betty C. Dickey of theArkansas Supreme Court. Subsequently, Mr. Bennett entered private practice.

My Hero
My college-age son was busted for public intox, minor in possession, and marijuana possession. Mr. Bennett was able to get the charges dropped, contingent on my son staying out of trouble. Worth every penny. 10 stars!
