Melissa Brady Hemmert

Melissa Brady Hemmert is an attorney with over 20 years of experience, specializing in personal injury and worker’s compensation matters. 

Melissa received her law degree in 1997 from Capital University Law School in Columbus, Ohio.  Ms. Hemmert is a Phi Alpha Delta and Pi Sigma Alpha graduate and a National member of the Order of the Barristers.  She received her BA degree from University of Dayton in Dayton, Ohio in 1994.

During the course of her career, she has successfully represented people injured in car accidents, motorcycle accidents, bicycle accidents, fall down accidents, medical malpractice, employment discrimination, as well as, individuals injured during the course of their employment. 

Ms. Hemmert also handles general practice matters such as Wills, Trusts and Real Estate.

She is licensed to practice law in Florida and New Jersey.

Ms. Hemmert began her career clerking for a Superior Court Judge in Hudson County, New Jersey. 
Following her clerkship, she began practicing as a personal injury attorney, at Brady, Brady & Reilly Law firm in Kearny, New Jersey where she quickly advanced to becoming a Partner.
