Thorough and respectful
Art explained things very well to me and made me feel at ease as the court date approached. He was very thorough in filing motions and fought hard for me. I've since recommended him to a friend, who has retained him and has nothing but praise for him as well. Highly recommend.

Horrible
Arthur doesn’t try anymore. He has the ability to run his mouth but he is not respected in the court or the courtroom and isn’t going to work for you. Will take your money, then fire you

He was highly recommended to me.
I couldn't ask for a better outcome through out my divorce. Art said he was going to fight for me as hard as he could. Boy did he ever, i couldn't ask for a better out come. Ill recommend him to anyone.

Liar
I called him to ask to explain something to me that I didn’t understand. I wasn’t contesting to anything, which he never even let me finish what I was trying to point out. Art is no nonsense and gets the job done. If you need coddled or pacified, call someone else
Mr.Winstein honestly explained my options, offered his opinion and then did exactly as I asked. He walked all over the other attorney in the courtroom. I would definitely hire him again if needed.
