John Aaron Singer

I just finished a four day divorce trial with John. I'd consulted with many attorneys and had a previous attorney. John took on my case and essentially inherited a crazy, messy case smack dab in the middle. The opposing side had 9 4 inch binders of exhibits. We had 1. It was so obvious John was ...the most prepared individual in the room. He used many of their exhibits against them. He systematically undid every argument they had against me. He was magnificent to watch. He knew details about my marriage/divorce that I didn't remember telling him. He made sure I was prepared to take the stand. He treated my professionally always, but also like a friend. He vehemently defended some choices I've made that others wouldn't have. His advice was always spot on, but he also vehemently deffended me if I did not follow his advice exactly. Although, I don't recommend that. He's incredibly instinctive. He is clearly well liked and well respected amongst his peers. He's direct and thorough and is not afraid to defend the truth. Simply put, John Singer is absolutely amazing. I wish I had found my way to him from the very beginning.

We hired John 2 years ago to help us with a child custody issue. Termination of Guardianship, for our 4 year old Granddaughter, of which we (the maternal grandparents) had guardianship of. This was an uncontested case in the beginning (3 years ago) that one of the biological parents had asked to h...ave terminated, with several obstacles to over come. John made sure we were very involved, informed, had a very clear idea of all the possibilities and kept us up to date with this case. He worked hard for our granddaughter, and for us. John had researched, studied, and was very prepared for the trial that took 2 years to happen. When it came time for trial, we felt very confident in John and were so very pleased with the results. This case is still ongoing and we plan to retain John and his services. All of his diligence and hard work kept a little girl safe. We would and have recommend him to others facing the same issues.

When it comes to divorce and custody matters, it goes without saying that the legal system can be downright frightening. A knowledgable and skilled Attorney is often the only line of defense to shield you from potentially damaging outcomes. John Singer represented me in matters regarding custody and... visitation of my children. It was an emotionally charged and bitter case. The other party's Attorney threw roadblocks in our path at every turn. John navigated through it all, while maintaining a calm, collected presence. Mr. Singer prepared me for every possible outcome, reviewed all the facts with me often, and in the end, provided me with the results I had asked him for. John was honest, compassionate, and well prepared. I pray I never again need family legal services, but if it becomes necessary, I will be contacting John Singer again.
