Arthur Robert Winstein

After a very long marriage unfortunately I ended up needing divorce attorney. Arthur was on top of all the new laws and all the procedures that needed to be done. Standing in court having somebody else fight for my children on my behalf was a very hard experience. The feeling of helpless doesn't even... begin to describe it. But I was lucky enough to be referred to Arthur from a mutual friend and I count my blessings because I would not have anyone else fighting for my children than him. I trusted him with my children's future. And he did exactly what needed to be done for me and my children. I have recommended him to several people. He was my attorney but he is now a friend because he takes a personal interest in his clients and will fight for what he believes is right for you. When you need a friend in your corner this is the guy to have.

I hired Arthur Winstein to do a simple prima facie case. Everything pretty much laid out for him. In the beginning he almost ruined the case by not simply writing down what the judge had already had written. He very forgetful, couldn't stay on task, arrogant and down lied about what he was going to d...o.. absolutely horrible ! And then in end said he wasn't aware of his wrong doings.. find a different attorney !!

I had a terrible criminal law experience. I would've gotten a better deal with a public defender. I have heard from others he is a great family law attorney, but strongly advise against hiring him for anything else. Specifically, he said he would get police reports and never did, disclosed irrelev...ant, damaging personal information to the prosecutor, and didn't object when the clerks imposed fines and court costs which did not apply to my charge. Basically he did more harm than good.
