I got stuck with him as she was too busy ( this is after she said the retainer was 1k more than the letter and that this was a 'typo" of course I had already given them 2k and when I was hesitant papers were s...erved as to her dropping my case). Art got his dues. He was escorted out by sheriff's He has lost his fathers protection since his fathers death along with his wife and his yacht. He is cavalier, ineffective and does not care. After all, he's not the one in trouble or need right? I find it interesting that he has this 5-star rating and only the two reviews shown are ONE. where are the rest? He's probably back at sunset marina sitting in a canoe using there wi-fi to prop his ratings. I love the "W" behind him. How can he do that when that firm fired him? This will probably not get posted. Still I followed your rules. This is all true...Is it not. Yes, I saw him in a canoe even! He should be disbarred. He's that bad and them some.

I would like to start off by saying Art will promise you the world and you will look like a clown he is when you get into court. I recently hired Art because his Father must of created a descent law firm and he is riding on the coat tails of it. He constantly talks down to his clients, he must forget... that his clients pay him and he works for you not the exact opposite, Art does the minimal work possible and wants the most money in return, if you are looking for someone in family law, Art is not the way to go you will find yourself in our exact position, hiring a new attorney!!! One word to explain Art. "Joke"

Art is a wonderful attorney! He represented me in a divorce that also involved custody. He made sure everything was focused on the best interest of the children! He continually kept me grounded and always provided me with the best advice from a level headed stand point. Reminding me that everythi...ng I did had to be what was best for my children! Art has continued to be my friend and I am so grateful for such a caring, calm, collected and kind person who wasn't concerned with draining my bank account! His concern for my children was absolutely amazing and I believe he made me a better co-parent!! If you are looking for a respectable attorney who will put you and your family above your fees, look no further!!!

Art is VERY unprofessional and did a terrible job! Even though he did my case pro-bono I still would NEVER recommend him! I could've done a better job representing myself. He's very UNPROFESSIONAL and involves himself in his clients personal lives! He's very harassing and I'm not sure how he's still ...in business!
