I called him to ask to explain something to me that I didn’t understand. I wasn’t contesting to anything, which he never even let me finish what I was trying to point out. All he did was talk down to me and was very rude. When we got to court he lied to the judge making him think I was contesting th...e order, which I did let the judge know that I was not. This man should never have been a lawyer. He causes problems that are not necessary.

Mr. Weinstein was our lawyer years ago and is currently friends with my daughters and one of my daughter's is friends with his girlfriend's daughter. Alarming is the fact when my daughter saught an op against an ex Mr. Weinstein sat and listened to us tslk about the case and we later found out he was... representing him. According to the ARDC not only is this unethical but he needed to recuse himself as i and her dad are testifying. Lets also add to some comments that he made on my daughters facebook selfies are creepy...get my drift. He's made no attempt to rectify any situation.

I would like to start off by saying Art will promise you the world and you will look like a clown he is when you get into court. I recently hired Art because his Father must of created a descent law firm and he is riding on the coat tails of it. He constantly talks down to his clients, he must forget... that his clients pay him and he works for you not the exact opposite, Art does the minimal work possible and wants the most money in return, if you are looking for someone in family law, Art is not the way to go you will find yourself in our exact position, hiring a new attorney!!! One word to explain Art. "Joke"

I've hired Arthur for Child Custody, child support, real estate, adoption, and much more! I've never had an issue. He's VERY responsive, his staff is extremely knowledgeable. Arthur will tell you how it is. He won't give you false hope. He is willing to work with any income, and accept payments depen...ding on the case. I appreciate everything he has done for me and my family. Our entire family, extended included have gone through Arthur. Never a disappointment. He is very active in the community, and treats people with respect. I'm proud to call him our lawyer!!
