Arthur Robert Winstein

I have had Arthur as my attorney for years, my sons father is a deadbeat and dumb enough to try and represent himself, anyway Arthur was always prepared for court. We won every court date and he was professional. The staff at the courthouse and other lawyers all have a lot of repect for Arthur as he ...does them. He accepted calls from me as late as 10pm on several occasions as I was scared and just needed assurance. He knew I was struggling so he would wait for me before court and stayed with me the entire time so the other side couldn't harass me. Arthur is the best attorney you could have, standing next to you. My best advice is always be honest, you don't give him all of the facts he can get hit from the other side with stuff that you should of told him. I've had the chance to watch him in criminal law and also witnessed him help people that didn't hire him and were struggling with issues at the court house. He would do anything for anyone. Hands down the best!!!

I had a terrible criminal law experience. I would've gotten a better deal with a public defender. I have heard from others he is a great family law attorney, but strongly advise against hiring him for anything else. Specifically, he said he would get police reports and never did, disclosed irrelev...ant, damaging personal information to the prosecutor, and didn't object when the clerks imposed fines and court costs which did not apply to my charge. Basically he did more harm than good.
