Based on my experience our fiduciary relationship of trust was violated. Fee is unreasonable, more than customarily charged in the locality for similar services. Even being discharged for cause and paid for the limited services he provided,he asserted an" attorneys' lien", and refused to return un...earned fee paid in advance.
