Outstanding and Highly Recommend Attorney

I've struggle for over 10 years to get my Permanent Resident status and have been represented by 4 immigration lawyers over that period. The last one I hired and who was able to resolve my immigration case is Elizabeth Rompf Bruen. The contrast of how she handled my case and the other 3 lawyers was o...bvious from the beginning. She was always available when I wanted to talk to her and provided the updates in my case as soon as she had one. I also noticed a different level of knowledge and expertise in comparison to the other 3 lawyers. Elizabeth Rompf Bruen is an outstanding, exceptional and highly recommended immigration attorney. Thank you Elizabeth!

Excellent and Professional Representative

Ms Bruen represented my wife in our successful multi-year immigration odyssey. No matter how small a question or detail she was ready with an answer. Her knowledge of the field as well as her invaluable skills at navigating the “local” Chicago immigration law community made us thrilled time & again... that she represented us. From the initial consultation through several in-person hearings and reams of paperwork, her professionalism and -truly- love of her job shined through.

Change of status from the Student visa to the religious Visa

During my first meeting with her, she clearly explained to me the whole process. I was given a check list for the requirements, and as soon as I submitted everything to her office, she quickly and accurately filed and handed in my paperwork. Within three weeks I received a notice of approval. She i...s so experienced and knows what she is doing.

Naturalization

Elizabeth provided helpful and timely support with my naturalization case. My naturalization case was ultimately successful, and I became a US citizen within about 8 months of hiring Elizabeth as my attorney.

Excellent legal service

Elizabeth and her legal team were extremely helpful in my husband's green card case. They had us so prepared that the interview was a piece of cake. We didn't have a single issue. They were quick to reply to any questions we had and were very honest with us about any possible issues we could have.... I would highly recommend her and her team.

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
