Erin went above and beyond being an advocate and voice for both myself and my child during a very difficult situation. Erin was extremely ...timely and compasionate when responsing to all my inquires via phone and email regardless of time of day. She is truly the best of the best in her field and anyone would be lucky to have her representing you.

I lost a lot of money from my X due to Attorney O'Sullivan not freezing his acct. She asked 4 his work info after dissolution of marriage. The Judge said that the info must be presented to Court b4 the marriage is dissolved, so I lost over $250,000. Because of this & other misstakes I lost my home ...& presently my son & I are homeless.

Erin was a superior attorney for my divorce case. She is easy to converse with and listened to my concerns with child custody and financial issues with compassion and concern. She breaks things down to common language, did not overwhelm me (in an already over the top stressful situation) with a lot... of "legal-ese" talk. While I had not had past experience with long-term legal issues-I am continually told that attorneys never return calls or take forever to get back to you--not this office. My calls or emails were returned the same day by Erin herself or one of her assiatants if Erin was not available for some reason. The "front line" service speaks volumes for her business as well. Her office staff is outstanding and very professional. Their attention to detail is outstanding and they too are very prompt when returning calls or answering emails. I was never made to feel like I was "bothering them" by calling (sometimes several times a day!) They were always able to tell me when to expect to hear back from Erin. Erin was very clear and honest up front about what I should and should not expect in terms of this case. I was very pleased with Erin's professionalism and yet she is very friendly and as I mentioned before, easy to talk with. Even when opposing counsel was not repsonding in a timely matter, Erin did not stoop to that level, she was adament about "us" getting things in on time and when required by the court as she knew that would represent our case better to the judge. My parents had to help me financially with the legal fees due to my circumstances, and they too could not say enough about what an outstanding job Erin did in my case. She took the time to answer their questions and never made them feel like they were out of line for asking questions about my case. Erin knows family law. This is an EXCELLENT choice if you are looking for someone to represent you. I hope I don't NEED her services again, but if I ever did....TOP CHOICE for sure!

Divorce is never easy. It is full of emotion and most of the time people's judgement gets cloudy. In my case, a seemingly simple parenting agreement negotiation went sidewise and we were forced to mediation. Erin Webster O'Sullivan was recommended and hired to assist in this process. Honestly, ...I was angry that I was going to have to pay yet another lawyer and went into the initial meeting bitter and fully expecting another long and drawn out legal process that was going to cost me an arm and a leg to reach the conclusion that I all ready knew would happen. The reality was something very different. The disucssion with my ex started off rough and emotions started to heat up. Erin quickly took control of the meeting and used her expert mediation skills to take emotions off the table. She explained exactly how things would happen if we went downn the joint custody path and did the same for a custody battle. She was very clear and pointed in here explanaiton and made it VERY easy to see what our best option was. Erin, walked us through step by step and helped finalize a very fair joint parenting agreemment that both my ex and I felt good about. Erin's ability to temper the emotions of the clients, clearly and expertly explain our options, and facilitate results was quite impressive. I have never walked out of a law office with a smile on my face, but after working with Erin, I did indeed have a smile on my face. I never felt she was trying to leverage the unstable situation to capitalize financially. She truly had our best interest in mind and I was very pleased with the results. I would highly recommend Erin for any type of legal work particularly mediation for divorce or parenting agreements. She is smart, genuine, and full of integrity.
