My legal situation is somewhat unique in that I have been divorced for over ten years and just recently have been back in court with my ex-husband regarding our son wanting to be homeschooled. My ex is adamantly against homeschooling even though I have a masters degree in education and 14 years exper...ience in the public school system. I, too, was handed off to this guy from the attorney I had originally hired to handle my case. He seemed a bit too friendly to opposing counsel, and motions and orders were always prepared "on the run". Not much discussion on specifics. Therefore in dealing with later issues, it was discovered that... orders were vague in their content, and nearly unenforceable. Nothing was ever considered final. It continues to this day. I am happy to say that I have retained an attorney who is aggressive and willing to fight for my causes.

8 months and did absolutly nothing for me except take my money hired a different lawyer within 2 months every thing was settled who knows how much longer he would of taken had i stayed with him my biggest mistake was going to that firm in the first plac went there and hired a different lawyer an...d a week later after hiring hershe pawns me off on gynac who constantly wanted to delay every thing and do it when it waS convenent for him dont waste your money on this guy like i did find someone with alot more experience and years behind him
