He saved me!

I had a battery charge against me and I told Mr. Kent I wouldn't take a deal. So we went to trial and I was found not guilty of all charges. He totally saved my job! If anyone I know gets in trouble, I tell them he's the only lawyer to use. Thank you Mr. Kent!

In times of weakness...

In times of weakness, we all do stupid things. To make a long story short, I was arrested for DUI in my own town. Iâ€™m no friend of the police, already with an 8 year old DUI on my record, & I was facing some serious fines/trouble/etc in getting my license back. Fortunately I found this site when... researching for lawyers, & found the impeccable reputation of Mr Tim Martin and and Mr Scott Kent. When meeting with them, they were professional, knowledgeable, and gave comfort with their knowledge on my particular situation. After they reviewed the evidence, they advised that a Reckless Driving charge would be my best bet, & they got it!!! The process took a while, which I totally attribute to the prosecution & Court System, but well worth the wait in Gold. Thank you Tim & Scott for your great work and patience!!! I would definitely recommend the practice of Martin & Kent to anyone in any kind of trouble.

DUI WON!!

I just won my DUI case yesterday and it is a fantastic felling let me tell you! Thanks soo much Scott. I was recommended to Scott by a friend and he did not disappoint. Would have given 5 stars if i had won my summery suspension case as well, but had a moron for a judge! Scott did everything possible... and it just wasn't in the cards. Hopefully I will never have need of an attorney again, but at least I know where I will be turning. Thanks again Scott!

I found Scott to be easygoing, honest, and confident. I had no business winning my case, but Scott got all the evidence thrown out. I would use Scott for any case. He has been a prosecutor, which I think is what makes him so good at defending clients.

I am so happy!! they won my case.. They all work together I am so glad I trusted them, I am so thanksfull to them they did a great job. They are very professional seriously If you need a great laywer hired them,, now I can breath :) thanks to them..
