Biography
Michael J. Harrison is a former DuPage County DUI and Felony Prosecutor.
I was a former first chair prosecutor with the DuPage County States Attorney's office and I have extensive knowledge and trial experience.
I am also a former Deputy Chief of Police and police supervisor with 20 years experience as a police officer. I am a graduate of the Federal Bureau of Investigation National Academy in Washington D.C..
During my career as a defense attorney, I have handled over 5,000 DUI and criminal law cases including felony DUI and Reckless Homicide cases. Because of my unique experience, I know both sides of the a DUI case and both sides of the legal system. Because of my experience I am able to recognize and take full advantage of any weakness in the prosecution's case for the benefit of my client.
Most importantly, I offer free initial consultation and I invite my clients to call me at any time throughout my representation. This is one of the most difficult and trying times of your life. Review of Attorney Harrison
Mike was a great help to me and my family and got my daughter out of a "sticky peer pressure situation" regarding a shoplifting charge. Mike Harrison saved me!
I'm so happy I hired Mike! I had a DUI that I thought was going to ruin my life, but Mike got the charges reduced and saved my job! Happy with service
I felt comfortable and confident with him as my attorney from the start. He is very knowledgable and helped me through the entire process. I would use him again if I ever need an attorney and I definitely would recommend him!

Seek Your Help Elsewhere
I would not recommend Mr. Harrison. Before he was paid he made me feel comfortable and secure in his ability to help correct my situation. However in the courtroom he was not a "go-getter", and when asked about his actions he became dishonest and flat out rude.

Great Lawyer
Mr. Harrison is an amazing lawyer. Very knowledgeable and caring. Gets the job done. Unfortunately I had two incidents needing representation and Mr. Harrison won both cases. Definitely recommend to anyone needing legal help.
