Attorney Frank T. Scarpino has dedicated his entire legal career to working with the Illinois Criminal, Traffic and D.U.I. laws. He worked as an Assistant State’s Attorney in DuPage County, Village Prosecutor for the Villages of Roselle, Glen Ellyn and Downers Grove and as an Attorney with the Illinois Secretary of State. He currently works with individuals charged with criminal offenses, D.U.I. offenses and other traffic offenses.

Frank T. Scarpino graduated from The John Marshall Law School where he was elected Class Representative. He went on to become an Assistant State’s Attorney in DuPage County where he developed his reputation as an excellent Criminal trial attorney. Knowing what cases to take to trial and what cases to settle through negotiation, Frank also developed a reputation as tough but fair.

He later used this reputation in private practice to successfully defend thousands of criminal, D.U.I. and traffic cases. Every day of the week Frank could be seen defending multiple criminal, traffic and D.U.I. cases in DuPage, Cook, Kane and Will County either through trial or negotiations

My go to guy
I hired frank because I got a DUI. I was very nervous about what was going to happen because all i had were people that i know telling me their DUI stories, everything they had to go through, all the money they paid and the long period of having a suspended license. Frank reviewed my case and told me right then and there that i wasn't going to get the DUI, my license was not going to be suspended. I started telling everyone what my lawyer had said and they all thought i was crazy. Well Frank did exactly as he said. When i got pulled over i was beyond drunk(.2 B.A.C), slammed with a DUI, 3 Tickets. I got put on court supervision for one year and thats it. So if your nervous like i was and think that you have no chance at court...look no further you've found your guy. Hes great to talk to, takes his time and makes sure you understand everything. He is always available and will honestly take your phone call at anytime. I will always use Frank and will refer anybody to him cause i know he will do them right.

Best attorney
I was arrested for a dui and hired Frank as my attorney. The next month I was arrested once more for a second dui so now I have stacked my dui’s. Frank was never concerned and was very positisitive thought the whole process. He was also very methodical and had a plan of action from the beginning. The legal process overall took a while but in the end it was worth the wait. Frank took my first case to trial and he won proving me not guilty of a dui. We did not take the second case to trial because of what was written in the police report but he was still able to get the judge to grant me court supervision, meaning at the end of the court supervision there would not be a dui on my record. So after being arrested for two dui’s just one month apart I still have a clean criminal record thanks to Frank. He is also a very personable and funny guy. I 100% recommend Frank to anyone seeking an attorney, he was by far the best attorney I have ever dealt with.

Effective
Represented me in bar scuffle a while back where i was clearly at fault. Thought the consequences would be a lot worse but got me off after 1 court appearance, some relatively small fees and a tour of the jail (2 hrs). Think i paid only like $700 for the whole package (attorney, court fees, tour fee).

GREAT ATTORNEY
My husband and I hired Frank to represent him for a DUI charge. Not only was Mr. Scarpino prompt and professional, he kept us updated on the strategies he would present in court to get the case dismissed. Which worked. In less than a year, my husbands case was thrown out! We would not personally nor professionally use or recommend ANY other attorney besides Frank for any legal need.

Excellent Attorney
I hired Frank Scarpino after I was accused of Driving Under The Influence of Alcohol. I had never been in trouble with the law and was absolutely terrified of the process. I consulted with a few attorney's and after meeting with Frank I knew he was the right choice! He was confident about my case and very informative when it came to preparing me for court. Mr. Scarpino answered all of my questions and took every call. He saved my driving privileges (which was a main concern of mine as a working single mother) and ultimately had my D.U.I thrown out! I can't thank him enough! I highly recommend this attorney!

Nothing short of impressive
Frank was the epitome of what I would expect from an attorney. I hired him after being arrested for an unwarranted domestic battery charge. I listened to his advice and together we decided to take the charge all the way through to a jury trial. I was ultimately found NOT GUILTY and owe this all to Frank. His years of experience are evident in his professionalism, patience, and knowledge of the legal system. Frank almost always answers the phone and if not, he is extremely prompt in returning messages. I hope I never need his services again, however, I will always consider him to be my attorney and more importantly a friend.

Top notch defense!
Frank thoroughly represents to the best of his ability and won't give you undependable outcomes that aren't possible. In my opinion he does really work hard to defend as best as possible. I am a Satisfied client and will use him again if need be.

very blessed to have hired and got to know this man
Frank got me out of a class 4 felony case, possession of 43 Xanax bars. he knew what he had to do in order to help me get through what i was going through. he knew weather or not to take to trial or through negotiations and with him gathering all the information that he needed he got me a deal for 2 years probation, does not got on my record as felony charge, and no community service. im very blessed to have gotten to know this man.

Formal Hearing
I hired Mr. Scarpino for my formal hearing after 10 years of not driving Frank lead me threw the whole system and processes of getting prepared for my hearing . We went in for the first hearing and won ! I received my restricted drivers License to drive to and from work what a great day , I am now up for my full re- instatement so I am going to hire Frank again and get my license back for good.

Frank Scarpino is the most caring, passionate, knowledgeable attorney. I am so appreciative of his legal services. Mr. Scarpino did an excellent job with my case and he did this in a timely manner. This was my first time going through the criminal justice system and I felt I needed an attorney. I was given Frank Scarpino's business card by a close family friend and told that "He is the best". I called Mr. Scarpino and set up a same day appointment. I hired Mr. Scarpino primarily because he told me that he was prepared to fight my case and win my case. I found myself in need of an attorney when I made a driving mistake after I had been drinking with coworkers. I was scared of what I was being accused of and I reached out my network of friends that grew up in the area. I asked my friends who is the best attorney for my situation? I was given Frank's name. I called right away and setup a meeting with Frank. We met in person and Frank explained the process and calmed my fears. Frank showed up for court on time and I won both my civil and criminal cases. During the time I spent with Frank at court I watched other people and their attorneys. I have to say there is no doubt in my mind that Frank is the best at what he does especially after watching others in similar situations. I'm sincerely grateful to Frank and while I pray my friends never get in the same situation as me. I will always give them Frank's name if they need help.
